Six on-pitch signals borrowed from the rugby-league referee. Each is a behaviour the responsible bettor can borrow back.

  • Knock-on

    Know the rules. Each round has a programme — read it before your first stake.

  • Forward Pass

    Set time limits. The whistle goes at 19:45. Your time at the terrace should fall at 22:00.

  • Off-side

    Set money limits. The set of six runs out. So does your bank.

  • High Tackle

    Keep emotional balance. The high tackle catches the late-tackle defender — and the late-night punter.

  • Six-Again

    Watch the signals. The set restart costs you a tackle. Late-night top-ups cost you a set.

  • Sin-Bin / Send-Off

    Ask for support. The card ends the player's match. The help lines never close.
